Is a good boot but the top of the boot hit my ankle too stiffly. I’m not used to ankle boots, but it was stiffer than the other ones I ordered and kept. Otherwise comfortable and good looking.

When I put these on I thought these are the perfect size and fit. Arch support was very good. Then I stood to walk. I then realized what the other reviews meant by the toung being stiff; but stiff was not a strong enough discription. They dug into my leg and would not bend at all. I cannot see any way that these would ever break in and become comfortable. Which is too bad because they seem to be well made and they are very nice looking. I wish I would have thought to do a video before I taped up the box to return.

Had to return them. Standing up straight, the front lip dug into my instep, and there was a large gap at the back of my achilles. They were not wide width at all (ordered a 9W). Had to tilt my legs backward to an uncomfortable degree to close the gap and stop them from digging in.

The fit of this boot is very good. Unfortunately, the front “flap” hits too high above my ankle and rubs against my shin. I hate to do this, but I have to return this very cute boot.

I thought the style was attractive and LifeStride has a reputation for being comfortable shoes. I returned these shoes because the top of the boot cut into my ankle when I walked and it was very uncomfortable. I do not believe I have overly large ankles so it was surprising that the “fit” was uncomfortable. I attribute the discomfort more to the very stiff material at the ankle of the boot. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
