First of all Zappos – you should remind every reviewer to put their specific size and width. Because larger sizes usually have a few different issues than smaller feet. And if you put it under the same category as overall size comfort and style then ladies would remember.
I am a 6.5 and medium width. This is a beautiful shoe however I need to send it back. The design of having the patent leather in the front, sides and heel as a contrast is a beautiful design. What isn’t beautiful is that the interior of the shoe being a TAN color does not look good peeking out from a BLACK shoe. A better and classier design would be to have the interior BLACK as well. What also looks horrible is that you can see the TAN below your arch because the foot does not lay flat against the shoe in the middle part of the shoe which is open. Also the flaps of the side of the shoe were just a tad big – making the tan color a little more obvious that I would like. Now if you have a fleshly foot then maybe the color would not peep out OR I imagine if you buy the TAN color shoe then it would be perfect because tan on tan. And if you have one foot a half size smaller than the other then sticking a shoe pad inside really doesn’t work on this style since you could see the pad. Now if you’re in love with this style then look to the Bandolino D’orsay pump which gives you same color inside as well as outside, however the heel goes up 1/4 – 1/2 inch which I don’t really prefer in addition to the heel being too skinny. Overweight people would have a challenge walking on this heel that does not feel secure.
The Saldana has a perfect heel height. Why women want to wear 4″ high ridiculous heels that they can’t walk in is beyond me not to mention the vulgarity of them. Anyway if any shoe mfg’s are reading this another big gaffe you always do is not wrapping the WHOLE heel of a shoe with the same color as the main color of the shoe. Why do so many of you put black on the outside of the heel and tan on the inside of that same heel? This is so unclassy. Please change these designer errors.

I bought an extra pair! Very comfortable and professional looking. It’s challenging to find a pointy toed shoe with sufficient width in the toe, no toe cleavage, and style. The Saldana gets it right on all points!

A little slimmer and higher heel than I am used to but I am able to walk in them comfortably. They fit great and look terrific. The Soft taupe is a tinge on the pink side which is exactly what I wanted.

Beautiful and fit perfectly! I am true 7.5 M, and they are a perfect fit. They don’t slip when I walk, which was a concern because there’s no strap and the sides are cut away. Very nice and great service from Zappo.

I normally wear a size 9, but due to the pointy toe of this shoe I felt that having a stress fracture in one of my feet required more width. The size 9 shoe was too large though and had to be exchanged for a size 8.5, which fit perfectly. They are stylish and sexy. Love them!

I usually wear 5.5 and ordered 5.5 first but they were a little bit big, slip off when I tried on so returned them and ordered 5. They work perfectly now, snug and comfortable to walk, not slipping off any more. I have relatively narrow and tiny feet and Medium width was perfect.
The shoes are very well made. Good style and comfort. Well worth it and great for interview.

Beautiful shoe that is very stylish and classy. I am a 7.5 shoe but ended up having to return that size and get a 7. The right foot is still a little loose so I put a sole insert in it and it’s perfect. The color is a lovely blush which goes perfectly with my skirt that has several different pink tones, which was the main reason for this shoe purchase. I have other outfits they look great with as well, and I’m also excited to wear them with jeans. They really stand out compared to an ordinary black or nude heel you usually would see. They are also quite comfortable for a heel. Just love these shoes!

I wear an 11 in running shoes, a 10 in other shoes normally, but i had to size down to a 9.5 wide for this one (after many orders and returns! thank you zappos you are awesome!!). Also, i haven’t worn heels in >10 years, but i was able to survive these for a 6 hour event. I wish there was a little more cushion in the front/toebox area, but that could be easily remedied by adding some little gel pads inside. They had just enough arch support to not make my plantar fasciitis flare up. So that’s awesome. Love me a dorsay pump! These were basically pretty comfortable, professional and elegant. Also super affordable! What more to ask for?

These are great shoes for the price. Very comfortable, good fit, although the right shoe did slip off my heel after several steps. Probably could be secured with a stick on back of heel pad. I didn’t try that because there was a slight indent mark about 1/2″ on the top front of each shoe from packing material. I don’t really like the look of the “grain” on the matte synthetic “leather” but the patent trim and heel makes up for that. I will probably reorder and try again as they look like a higher priced shoe – not high end, but who’s looking that close, and they’re comfy. The style is definitely not sexy, but they don’t look like old lady shoes and again, the patent trim and heel ups their style. I’d say conservatively sharp looking in a timeless style. IMO the same shoe in all of the matte synthetic “leather” would look dowdy.

I ordered at last minute, got a day before I had to fly out for a Wedding. They came quickly. The only thing I will tell you is there is a very thin fitted piece of cardboard in the toe box. I took out all the packaging (so I thought), they really hurt my feet until I found that little piece of cardboard. Then all was good.
