I usually wear 8.5W. My foot is wide – not extremely wide, but somewhat. I ordered wide, and these shoes are still really tight through the toe box. I can’t go up any higher because they are already too long as well. Weird. I also ordered some LifeStrides in the exact same size but with an almond toe instead of this pointed toe, and that toe box felt fine. My feet just can’t do pointy toes I guess. The shoe is beautiful and looks great on. Too bad.

These are the perfect black pump. My feet run narrow…I normally have to order a narrow, but based on other reviews, I took a chance. They fit me perfectly. If you have an average or wide foot, I don’t see these working out.

These are adorable shoes and I am so far happy with the fit (day one of wear). I tried 3 sizes before getting it right, all based on reviews I read, so hopefully this review with help others! My normal size is 8.5, but I have been exploring wide sizes over the past few years to see if I can get more comfort out of my heels (I wear heels basically every day for work). Based on other reviews, I went with size 9W and it was WAY too big. I then tried 8W, the same size I have in a different Lifestride pair I have, and it was a bit too narrow in the toe box. I have landed on 8.5W and they feel just right. So, if your feet are narrow, you’re probably good to order regular width at your regular size; if you prefer a bit more width, I recommend your normal size in wide to accommodate the style of this cute shoe. Purchased these shoes to wear with my gown to my daughter’s wedding. Wore them to work one day to break them in but wasn’t necessary at all. Comfortable right out of the box! Will look best on someone who has a slim foot/ankle …. buy this shoe, you won’t regret it!

Very cute shoe. It fits just like the size I selected. The strap holds the shoe on well. My only complaint (and this is with all dress shoes) is the start of the openining at the top of the shoe hits right where I have bunions so it rubs right there. Other than that, I love them and hop they last a long time.

Cute, cute, cute cute cute!!! I ordered the solid navy and the blue plaid. I plan to wear dark blue shoes with my cocktail dress, but after opening the blue plaid…I can do either because of the sparkling gold in them. I’m so happy with this purchase. They won’t sit in the closet until the next wedding because they can easily dress up jeans, and white kaki’s. Such a versatile pump. Not too high either. So comfortable too. I wear 8.5W but I went with the Medium since the 8.5W was out of stock. Although for dancing I may still insert a heal supportive insole.

Perfectly practical and comfortable for all day wear, but still cute. Such a hard combination to find! I have a wider toe box and I normally wear size 8.5 medium width in heels, and a 9 in running shoes. Based on reviews, I ordered a 9 wide and they are perfect. No break-in necessary and no pain or blisters after 9 hours on tile floors.
