Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use the template below).
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 1 business day and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the shoes in their original box, then place inside a shipping box. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this with your RAN).

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item within 15 days of delivery. Follow the same return process above, but indicate “Exchange” in your request and specify:
- The new size you need
- Or the alternative product (provide product name/number if possible)
We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your return. If the new item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
