We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties
• Delivery times may be longer than estimated
• We recommend choosing trackable shipping for better visibility

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Youthful Shoe Shop purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

• Return window: 15 days from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached and packaging included
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (see template below)
2. Wait for approval: Our team will review within 1 business day and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions
3. Package your items: Securely pack the shoes in their original box, then place inside a shipping box. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this with your RAN)
4. Ship your return: Send the package to:

5. Track your return: Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
• Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timing:
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!

• Follow the same return process above, but indicate “Exchange” in your request
• Specify the new size or alternative product (provide product name/number if possible)
• We’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item
• If the new item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
